Payment

Once you have booked a trip with viajedemascotas.com, you will be asked to pay a deposit.  The client has to pay 25% of the costs of the transportation when the booking is made.

We accept the following ways of payment:

  • Debit or credit cards:

If a credit card is used, there will be an extra charge of 3% required by viajedemascotas.com and if a debit card is used, there will be no extra charge.  To ensure your reservation, 25% of the overall cost must be paid 15 days before the collection of the pet. The rest has to be paid 5 days before the collection.

  • Bank transfer and cash:

Bank transfers or deposits do not have any additional charges from the behalf of viajedemascotas.com. Both methods of payment require that the 25% of the overall cost must be paid 15 days before the collection of the pet, while the rest has to be paid 5 days before the collection.

  • Final part in cash

When you pay in cash, 50% will have to be paid into our account 15 days before the collection of the pet and the other 50% will have to be paid to the driver.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted 5 days prior to the collections. 25% of the reservation fee is not refundable.

ALL THE ESTIMATES INCLUDE 21% VAT.  Once you have booked a trip with Viaje de Mascotas, you will be asked to pay a deposit.  The client will have to pay 25% of the costs of the transportation when the trip is booked.

The other 75% will be paid to the transporter when your pet is collected at the destination indicated.
