Does Viaje de Mascotas know the importance and the treatment of the pets when they are being transported?

Of course, Viaje de Mascotas takes the importance of the formation, the experience and above all the wellness of your pet during the transportation much into account. We will do everything possible in order to transport your pet in the safest and most confortable way.

Could my pet be sedated during the trip?

It is not good for your pet; therefore,Viaje de Mascotas does not accept sedated pets. Vets have proved that pets could suffer damages if they are sedated during a long trip. Do not worry if your pet is nervous, because animals get used to it. If you have any doubts, contact us and we will give you advise so that your pet can be calm before and during the trip.

When will my pet be picked up?

If you have booked an exclusive trip, there is 100% availability. Your pet will be picked up when and where you desire.

If you have booked a programmed trip, an estimated time will be provided so that you will have time to get your pet ready.

Could my pets also be transported on long journeys?

Sure. On long trips we will stop every four hours so that the pets can relieve themselves. We will walk your pets and feed them as well every four hours. We do not want these long trips to cause problems for your best friend.

What about the temperature?

Our vehicles are totally equipped according to the needs of the animals, both regarding the temperature and hygiene.

Do you transport puppies as well?

Yes, but they must travel with the mother if they are less than three months old.

Is there a breed restriction when travelling to the UK?

In the UK the entry of the following breeds is forbidden:

  • Pitt Bull Terrier
  • TosaInu
  • DogoArgentino (Argentine Mastiff)
  • Fila Brasileiro (Brazillian Mastiff)
